Beans

 


Beans and all pulses are the richest source of fiber and protein. Magnesium is also found in beans, which work like a medicine in muscle relaxation and anxiety reduction. The blood sugar is stabilized by fiber; otherwise, the human body may have sugar spikes and crashes, which ultimately lead to stress and anxiety. Stress levels are also managed easily due to essential B vitamins present in the egg. These B vitamins (B12, B7) help the nervous system function properly. Ultimately, stress is released.  Spikes in cortisol, the main stress hormone, are prevented through the consumption of eggs; hence the blood sugar levels are stabilized as the eggs are comprised of healthy fats and high-quality protein.
